KSA, Kuwait to resume Khafji, Wafra production
(MENAFN) Kuwait secured a deal with Saudi Arabia on the recommencement of generation from Khafji and Wafra fields.
Works of Chevron Corporations in Mina Al Zour Area were decided between the two GCC nations to be concluded, oil officials announced.
Al-Anbaa newspaper further unveiled that several firms were agreed to start examining the assets of Chevron in Al Zour.
Both countries agreed to establish joint wells in Khafji and Wafra, located in a shared neutral zone, ahead of 2021 for production to stand at 500,000 barrels per day.
