Qatar condemns attack on Baghdad mosque

The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the bombing that targeted a mosque in the east of the Iraqi capital Baghdad, causing deaths and injuries.
In a statement yesterday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of motives and reasons.
It stressed the State of Qatar total rejection of targeting places of worship and intimidating civilians.
The statement expressed the condolences of the State of Qatar to the victims' families, the government and the people of Iraq, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
