Kuwait decries attack on checkpoint manned by Gov't troops in Arish
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, June 4 (KUNA) -- An official source at the Foreign Ministry expressed on Wednesday the State of Kuwait strong condemnation of the terrorist attack that targeted a security checkpoint in South Arish, Egypt.
The official source affirmed ugliness of terrorist operations, targeting humanity and the world stability and necessity of intensifying cooperation and international efforts to rid the world of this dangerous phenomenon.
He noted the State of Kuwait solidarity with the "brothers in Egypt in their efforts to combat terrorism and violence that target" the Egyptian people security and safety.
Moreover, he expressed condolences to families of the victims. (end)
