Saudi Taqa to expand in North America
(MENAFN) A couple of firms located in North American will be purchased by the Industrialization and Energy Services Company (Taqa) of Saudi Arabia this year's end.
Saudi Arabia's Taqa intends to buy firms specialized in oilfield services technology and manufacturing.
In a statement, the energy giant explained that this plan comes in line with its 2021 Strategy to turn into a massive provider of oilfield services and equipment.
"Taqa's planned investments in North America complement our Middle East expansion ambitions and are a key component of our 2021 Strategy which aims to deliver the best, most advanced integrated oilfield services and manufacturing solutions to our clients," stated CEO Azzam Shalabi.
