Kuwaiti firm acquires property in industrial zone
(MENAFN) An USD4.93 million agreement was signed by Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate for the acquisition of a building in Shuwaikh Industrial Zone covering 1,000 square metres.
Kuwait's real estate company will see in anticipation the financial outcome of the acquisition within its yearly statements.
This comes after the firm bought a commercial property in an auction of which Al Enmaa Real Estate carried out, marking a solid expansion plan.
During the first quarter of this year, the firm registered a 5 percent decline in its profits from figures seen last year.
