Saudi Arabia denounces deadly Afghan ministry attack


(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia expressed its strong denouncement to a deadly terrorist attack which hit Afghanistan's Communications Ministry in the capital Kabul.

Saudi Press Agency reported "an official source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's condemnation of the double terrorist attack on the Ministry of Communications in the Afghan capital Kabul which resulted in killing and injuring a number people."

It added "the source expressed condolences to the families of the victims, the government and the brotherly Afghan people, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured, stressing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's stand with the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan against terrorism and extremism."

On Saturday, the Afghan ministry was struck with an assault that caused the death of ten and injury of several more.
