(MENAFN) Cuban International Policy Research Center member Juan Angel Cordero warned of foreign policies of the United States on Latin America.
This policy, the Cuban political observer affirmed, is an indication of an approaching imperialist attack within the region.
Member of the Havana center stressed "Washington has launched an offensive designed in the (19)80s as part of the so-called Neoconservative Revolution, which advocated taking action to recover the relative loss of (U.S.) domination over the region."
Cordero added that the U.S. is cautious of new powers that tapped into the region remarkably, "and they see that as a threat to national security on the understanding that its area of influence cannot be disputed by other global powers."
