MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, April 16: Number of people were arrested for resisting arrest which lead to obstruction and assault on police. Sources said that when police tried to arrest a known criminal others came to his rescue and assaulted police personnel on duty by insulting the officers.
Sources said that criminal charges have been laid on those who assaulted and obstructed the officers.
