Kuwait- KG teachers seek early holidays


(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, April 15: Some female kindergarten teachers have requested the Minister of Education and Higher Education Dr Hamed Al-Azmi to move back the end of academic year holiday for teachers, because the kids would have finished their exams in early May, reports Al- Anba daily.

The teachers made it clear that there will be no work for them in school after the graduation of students on May 2 before the beginning of Ramadan, indicating all kindergartens will be closed except the schools' departments and teachers' room in the absence of students. Therefore, it's unreasonable to continue working until Eid Al-Fitr amid campaign to conserve electricity, they added.
