15 die in Syria's Idlib amid Russian strikes


(MENAFN) In a statement issued on Saturday, the White Helmets confirmed fifteen deaths to have resulted from strikes Russia fired on the northwestern Syrian province of Idlib.

According to sources of the White Helmets civil defense agency, 28 innocent people were inflicted with wounds due to the Russian airstrikes.

Russian warplanes raided on Friday Al-Fuah, Khan Sheikhun and Kafriya districts in Idlib to leave 10 deaths, reports revealed earlier.

Since early this year, 166 civilian deaths and 470 injuries were reported over attacks the Syrian government and Iran-backed terrorist groups launched in the de-escalation zone in Idlib.
