Electronic Communications with Shareholders

Wentworth, the AIM (AIM: WEN) listed independent, East Africa-focused oil & gas company, announces that it has today posted a letter to its shareholders regarding making communications to shareholders via electronic means (the "Letter").

Provisions within the articles of association of the Company permit the Company to request that communications between the Company and its shareholders be undertaken electronically, rather than through printed documents. The Letter sets out actions to be taken by shareholders.
