Morocco, Nigeria to expand cooperation, ties
(MENAFN) Morocco is seeking to boost bilateral relations and expand its cooperation with Nigeria, voicing its complete dedication for joint projects.
This goal was expressed during a phone call between Moroccan King Mohammed VI and Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari, who was recently re-elected.
MAP, an official Moroccan news agency, reported that "the conversation was an opportunity to recall the willingness to strengthen the bilateral partnership on strategic projects conducted under the impetus of the two leaders."
Cooperation between Morocco and Nigeria was strengthened since late 2016, when the Moroccan King paid a trip to Nigeria.
