Hundreds Moroccans march to honor murdered tourists

(MENAFN) Morocco's citizens organized a march to honor the two Scandinavian tourists who met their fate in the middle of a terrorist assault which struck the Atlas mountains.

Hundreds of Moroccans gathered on Saturday in Rabat to rally at the Norwegian and Danish embassies.

Norway's ambassador to Morocco Merethe Nergaard commented on the move: "I am deeply touched by the kind reactions of the Moroccan people after the tragic event."

People who joined the rally raised banners with the word "sorry" written, as they denounced the murders.
