Samsung makes really good phones, but its habit of using iPhones to promote its own devices isn't going away.
Yes, once again, the South Korean giant has been caught tweeting about a device of its own make, using an iPhone.
The tweet, which showered praises for Galaxy A9, came from Samsung Mobile India and has drawn hilarious reactions since then.

Samsung's tweet
Last week, Samsung Mobile India tweeted a couple of photos promoting the 'ultrawide' lens included in Galaxy A9's quad-camera setup.
The tweet focused on A9's wide-angle photo-capturing capabilities, but popular YouTuber Marques Brownlee noticed the automatic "Twitter for iPhone" stamp on the post.
This indicated that the message came from an iPhone, instead of a Samsung or any other Android device for that matter.
Post deleted, but screenshots remain
Damage control
After goof-up got highlighted/retweeted by several users, Samsung opted for its usual damage control technique and deleted the tweet altogether.
However, it was already too late by then and many users had taken a screenshot of the post showcasing its poor social media management.
Basically, the tweet implies that Samsung wants others to buy its devices when its own team uses iPhones. Bizarre much?

Previous cases
This isn't the first time something like this has happened.
Just last week, Samsung Nigeria committed the exact same mistake, while before that, it was Samsung Saudi that posted a promotional message using an Apple-made device.
Clearly, Samsung is facing problems in getting its employees to ditch iPhones, but it needs to find a solution because this is now becoming a trend of sorts.
Honor has also been caught using iPhones

And, it is not just Samsung. Chinese giant Huawei's Honor brand has also used iPhones on a couple of occasions to promote its devices. Both tech giants have previously trolled Apple in unique ways, but now, both are falling for the same basic blunder.
