Saudi- Minister of Civil Service, Omani Counterpart Discuss Promoting Bilateral Cooperation

Riyadh, Rabi'I 16, 1440, Nov 24, 2018, SPA -- Minister of Civil Service of the Sultanate of Oman Sheikh Khalid bin Omar Al-Marhoon met in Muscat today with Saudi Minister of Civil Service Suleiman bin Abdullah Al-Hamdan, in the context of the official visit of Al-Hamdan to the Sultanate.
At the outset, Al-Hamadan reaffirmed strengthening brotherly ties between the two sisterly countries, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Oman, in all fields, especially, in the domain of civil service.
During the meeting, the minister also stressed importance of the visit, in enhancing bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
He also discussed with the Omani counterpart promoting cooperation, in the fields of civil service and administrative development, human resource upgrading and in the field of civil service systems and regulations.
They tackled also plans to activate information technology, facilitate procedures and automated work systems, in the public sector, in their respective countries.
Minister of Civil Service also reviewed with his Omani counterpart aspects of developing partnership between the two sides, in the administrative fields and ways of benefiting from their successful mutual experiences, in the domain of civil service.
