Caribbean Naples, a premier 55+ active lifestyle community, announced today that it will host a grand opening celebration for the community's new sales center on Saturday, October 20th from 10am to 3pm. The free event is open to the public and will feature a food truck, giveaways, a DJ, and more.
The Sales Center unveiling marks the kickoff of a $2 million upgrade initiative designed to further enhance the overall experience of current and future residents. Among the other forthcoming improvements and additions are a brand new 7,000 square foot clubhouse; a new community pool and spa; pickleball courts; a bocce court; shuffleboard courts; and a barbecue area. Significant enhancements will also be made to the community entrance and landscaping. All projects are expected to be completed by the 4th quarter of 2019.
The community also announced its latest promotion for new homebuyers, offering $99 lot rent for the first year and a free golf cart to anyone who closes on a select new home by December 14, 2018.
