Pompeo speaks new Iraqi pres. Salih
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) WASHINGTON, Oct 3 (KUNA) -- Secretary of State Mike Pompeo spoke Wednesday with Iraq's new president Barham Salih, according to a State Department announcement.
Pompeo congratulated Salih on his new position and underlined that the US "looks forward to working with him in this important role," said the statement.
