Qatar's sovereign wealth fund increases stake in Credit Suisse
(MENAFN) The Qatar Investment Authority has reportedly raised its stake Swiss bank Credit Suisse, reaching 5.21 percent.
QNA reported that "Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) has become the largest investor in Switzerland's Credit Suisse, after increasing its stake to 5.21 per cent."
The sovereign wealth fund's stake in Credit Suisse Group was unveiled to have recorded a decline in August last year to stand at less than 5 percent.
However, QIA's stake was found in an SEC filing on Friday that it posted a 5.07 percent passive stake in August 6 this year.
