UAE, Ethiopia discuss bilateral partnership


(MENAFN) The UAE and Ethiopia have held talks seeking methods to strengthen bilateral partnership in areas that include trade and investments.

The discussions have been made in the UAE between Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan and visiting Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed.

News agency WAM reported both sides to have addressed several matters, including regional developments and global issues that are of common interest.

"The UAE and Ethiopia are maintaining good, evolving ties within the framework of the two leaderships' keenness to further solidifying the ties and cooperation," the Crown Prince stated.

The Ethiopian prime minister also declared his wish for the countries to see "steady growth" in a range of fields.
