Qatar- Emir sends message to Kuwait leader
(MENAFN- Gulf Times) His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani yesterday sent a written message to Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, pertaining to relations between the two fraternal countries and peoples, as well as the latest developments in the regional and international arenas. HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani handed the message during a meeting with the emir of Kuwait.
