Lebanon releases actor Ziad Itani claimed of spying to Israel
(MENAFN) A famous Lebanese actor,was arrested for months for claims of cooperating with Israel,has been released .
A judge released Ziad Itani from prison,and issued a detention order against the security officer who raised the case against the actor.
Mr Itani was under the suspicion of collecting data on Lebanese politicians with the intentions to hand it over to Israel.
Lebanon is not on a good terms with Israel,in the matter of fact,any one found guilty in collaborating with them will face the death penalty.
