Israel installs Iron Dome near Lebanon

(MENAFN) The Israeli army installed an iron dome batteries in the north of the occupied territories on Tuesday, February 13.

This comes after the Syrian air defense shot down an Israeli F-16, which intensified the tension already marking the relations between Israel on the one hand and Syria and Lebanon on the other.

Although this news has not yet been officially confirmed by the Israeli army, but local sources say they have seen a convoy of batteries from the anti-aircraft defense system heading north.

Photos of a convoy loaded with Iron Dome batteries, which headed for the city of Baqa al-Gharbiyye, were published on the Israeli daily Jerusalem Post.
