Kuwaiti Interior Min. meets Portuguese Gen.
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Jan 22 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interioir Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah received on Tuesday General Commander of Portugal's National Republican Guard Lt. Gen. Matthew Manuel Costa da Silva and his accompanying delegation.
They tackled issues of common interest, and regional and international issues, while the Minister praised the deep-rooted ties between the two friendly nations, Interior Ministry's Directorate of Moral Guidance and Public Relations said today.
The meeting was attended by Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti National Guard Lieutenant General Hashim Al-Rifai and the Ministry's Undersecretary and Director-General of the Central Operations Department Maj. Gen. Jamal Al-Sayegh. (end) ays.msa.lb
