Nathalia Foditsch
(MENAFN- The Conversation) Nathalia Foditsch is a licensed Brazilian attorney focused on communications policy and regulation. She has worked for the Broadband Special Programme at the Inter-American Development Bank, the Center of Technology and Society at Getulio Vargas Foundation, the World Bank, and has consulted for several Internet and telecommunications policy-related organizations. Her interest in communications policy and regulation started when she worked for the Brazilian Antitrust Authority (CADE). She has authored several publications on Internet and telecommunications policy. She is co-author and co-editor of the book "Broadband in Brazil: Past, Present, Future" (Novo Seculo Pub., 2016, w/ Peter Knight and Flavio Feferman). She is a research fellow with Cornell's Emerging Markets Institute at the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management, and part of the Advisory Council of the Brazil-U.S. Legal and Judicial Studies Program at American University Washington College of Law. Foditsch holds a Master's in Law and a Master's in Public Policy from American University.
