UAE Ministry of Health informs travelers to not go to Madagascar
(MENAFN)After the reported outbreak of Pneumonic plague in the African country, the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention ha admonished the citizens not to travel to the Republic of Madagascar.
The Ministry has taken all necessary protective procedures to impart awareness in this concern, Said Dr.Fatma al Atta. The ministry of however; has affirmed that there are no Pneumonic plague cases in the UAE.
The ministry and health authorities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai are doing their best to insure that citizens will not get affected, by issuing circulars to all medical officers about the plague, including methods of analysis, inhibition and isolation of patients, as well as follow-up measures and carefulness for the plague-ridden.
