Qatar- Amal Al Aathem's exhibition opens in Croatia

The exhibition of one of the prominent Qatari artists Amal Al Aathem opened at the island of Korčula in Croatia as part of the framework of the international festival 'Marco Polo Silk Road - The Path of the Dialogue.

The exhibition was opened in the presence of Mayor of Korčula Andrija Fabris and H E Moza bint Nasser bin Ahmed Ali Al Thani, the Ambassador of Qatar in the Republic of Croatia, along with many other guests. This is the first independent exhibition of a Qatari artist in Croatia.

Amal Al Aathem, whose reputation and significance is measured internationally, has gained a reputation at the international level as an artist with a true voice and message. With a great eye for details, the artist deals with women's issues in the Middle East today.

The exhibition will be open till August 30. This is an historic moment on the cultural scene since it has not organised any single exhibition of the Qatari artist so far.
