Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of DEWA, expressed his pleasure in cooperating with Mohammed bin Rashid School, as an educational institution, specialising in public policy in the Arab world. The book documents the mechanisms and frameworks for public policy in the UAE in a number of key development sectors. These policies that have been adopted by the wise government under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan; and Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; as well as His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, have attracted worldwide attention due to their adoption of innovation and creativity as key pillars in all areas of government action in the state.
