(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Manama Jumada II 06 1437 March 15 2016 SPA -- The 14th edition of the Gulf Radio and Television Festival which is organized by the Gulf Radio and Television Corporation (GRTC) in cooperation with Bahrain's Ministry of Information Affairs was opened here on Monday.

In a speech on this occasion Secretary General of the Gulf Festival for Radio and Television Dr. Abdullah Abu Ras thanked Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel bin Zaid Al-Toraifi who is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Gulf Radio and Television Corporation for his wise directives and follow-up of the preparations for the festival.

Dr. Abu Ras confirmed that the Radio and Television Gulf Festival has become a landmark on the regional level of festivals radio and television and media forums.
