Belgium lowers terror threat level
(MENAFN- The Journal Of Turkish Weekly) Belgium reduced its terror threat level from highest four to three Thursday public broadcaster RTBF reported.
While level four means that threat is very serious and close level three means that there is still a serious terrorist threat.
The decison comes on the same day as police blocked several streets and conducted searches in the town of Verviers. No arrests were made.
Schools were reopened and underground train services resumed in Brussels on Wednesday.
