Aishwarya Rai's Jazbaa set to create buzz in Arab world

(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Jazbaa, starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan alongside the talented Irfaan Khan, from director Sanjay Gupta marks the first ever Hindi movie to have a simultaneous premiere dubbed in Arabic. The world premiere of the film is set for October 8. The Arabic dubbed version will premiere in UAE, Egypt, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Morocco and Kuwait, and parts of southern Iraq and Jordan will also get the chance to see this action-packed Bollywood thriller.

Jazbaa is being produced by Essel Vision Productions Ltd, the creative and production studio of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited.

The interest in Bollywood movies in the Arab world is on the rise following the launch of Zee Aflam in 2008.

Zee Aflam was the first TV channel to introduce Hindi movies, packaged in Arabic for Arab audiences, leading the industry in providing the latest and best Bollywood content.

"Releasing Jazbaa in Arabic is a privilege to us and being one of the biggest satellite channels in the Middle East keeps us constantly on the lookout for innovation. It's certainly a first-of-its-kind release. It's time to explore the non-traditional markets and regions for films now. Dubai will play host to the World Premiere of Jazbaa," said Mr. Manoj Mathew, Chief Content & Creative Officer at Zee Entertainment Middle East.
