Dubai Airport set for record spend spree
(MENAFN) Payments at Dubai International Airport is expected to reach USD 2.1 billion in 2015, compared to USD 1.9 billion last year, after almost 3 months of runway repairs cut profit by USD 50 million, reported Gulf Times.
Dubai is competing for the top rank against South Korea's Incheon International Airport that serves the South Korean capital, which had income of USD 1.91 billion.
"There are more and more Chinese travelling all the time," McLoughlin said an interview. "Although one sector might drop, it's replaced by something else. We expect to be No 1 again."
