Ooredoo, Qatar's QMIC sign MoU
(MENAFN) Ooredoo announced it has signed a memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Qatar Mobility Innovations Centre (QMIC) to work together to reduce the number of accidents on the roads of Qatar, QNA reported.
The MoU was signed in order for the two parties to work together for the promotion of the use of Mobile applications (SALAMTEK) in different all areas of Qatar, which will help in promoting traffic safety as well as reduce the number of traffic accidents.
Under the MoU, the parties will work together to encourage the use of (SALAMTEK) smartphones applications, which help in reducing traffic accidents due to distracted drivers as a result of the use of mobile phones while driving.
