Dubai's Nakheel eyes developers for Deira Islands

(MENAFN) Master developer Nakheel has announced the floating of a design and build tender for its Deira Islands project in Dubai, according to Arabian Business. The new waterfront city project, which will extend over 15.3 kilo meters at Dubai's coastline, is planned to be an attraction station for tourists in Dubai. All four Deira Islands will include hotels, resorts and residential, commercial and retail units and will become a new cultural, residential and commercial hub for the emirate.
