Roadside Bomb Killed Three Soldiers in Waziristan


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Islamabad April 28 - A roadside bomb exploded in Pakistan's restive tribal region near the Afghan border martyring at least three soldiers the military said.

The attack occurred in an area on the border of South and North Waziristan tribal regions.

"At least three security forces personnel including an officer embraced shahadat (martyrdom) and three others sustained critical injuries after an improvised explosive device planted by terrorists along the road went off" the military said in a statement.

Nobody has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
