Omani Qatari Nawras profit falls 10.5 percent
(MENAFN) Net profit of the Omani Qatari Telecommunications Company SAOG (Nawras) has dropped to USD85.96 million in 2013 compared to USD95.80 million in 2012, recording a 10.5 percent fall, according to Oman Observer
The telecom company's full-year revenue grew by 4.4 percent reaching USD523.01 million compared to USD501.0 million in 2012.
Nawras said: "Improvement in EBITDA for 2013 was driven by revenue growth and lower cost of sales partially offset by higher Opex.
