Kuwait- Youth held drunk

(MENAFN- Arab Times)  A Kuwaiti youth was arrested recently for consuming alcohol, reports Al-Rai daily. According to security source, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about an individual lying on the ground in front of Al-Qadsiya polyclinic, securitymen rushed to the location and realized that the suspect was highly intoxicated. They arrested him and referred him to the Criminal Investigation Department. During interrogations, he revealed that he had recently passed a First Sergeant Course at Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences and was waiting for the graduation certificate.
