Tunisia catches int'l terror cell
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) TUNIS, Aug 2 (KUNA) -- Tunisian authorities said on Thursday they have seized an international network to send terrorists to Europe via Iraq and Turkey.
Fighting terrorists trying to cross into Syria illegally, the National Unit of Investigation into Terrorism and Organized Crimes has managed to arrest an international terror network using forged foreign passports, the Interior Ministry said in a press statement.
In this regard, the unit arrested four Iraqis and a Tunisian who are members of the terror cell, according to the statement. (end) ksj.mt
