Iranian supreme leader dismisses Trump's peace plan for Palestine as 'failure'
(MENAFN) Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has dismissed as "failure" the peace strategy President Trump proposed for the Palestinian crisis.
The Iranian supreme leader stated on his official website "the Americans have named their satanic policy vis-a-vis Palestine as 'Deal of the Century,' but they should know that this deal will never be materialized."
The top leader further stressed "the Palestinians will stand against this plot, and the Muslims will be their supporters."
The US president's plan, as reports said, urges for the formation of a Palestinian state with provisional borders on half of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip without Jerusalem.
Khamenei added "the cause of Palestine will not be forgotten, and Jerusalem will remain the capital of Palestine."
