Britain records less than expected economic growth
(MENAFN) Britain was found to have recorded an economic growth that was not as much as expected over 2017's last three months.
The Office for National Statistics (ONS) has shown Britain to have reported a 0.4 percent growth in GDP from October to December, 0.5 percent downward from what was expected.
UK's economy has recorded last year a total growth of 1.7 percent, a littler lower than expected.
ONS statistician Darren Morgan explained "a number of very small revisions to mining, energy generation and service were enough to see a slight downward revision to quarterly growth overall."
