New creative center to be established in Baku

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on measures regarding the establishment of a Creative Center named after People's writer Magsud Ibrahimbayov.

According to the order, 220,000 manats are to be allocated from the state budget to the Administration of the State Historical and Architectural Reserve of 'Icherisheher' for the establishment of the Magsud Ibrahimbayov Creative Center with the purpose of memorializing of the People's writer who has an invaluable contribution to the development of Azerbaijani culture.

The Administration of the State Historical and Architectural Reserve of 'Icherisheher' was entrusted to solve organizational issues on the establishment of the center within two months.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has been ordered to prepare suggestions to bring presidential instruments into conformity with the aforementioned order and present them to the president within three months; ensure the coordination of regulatory and legal acts of the Cabinet with the order within three months; provide the allocation of the specified resources from the state budget and solve other subsequent issues.
