Study: Nuts help lose weight

Washington, Nuts are useful for people who want to get rid of obesity and they contain a component that blocks hunger, so a person does not need to consume large amounts of food, according to a study published recently in the journal Diabetes and Obesity.

The study focused on an ingredient called YP / Peptide, which is responsible for stimulating a part in the brain that regulates hunger.

A previous study at the University of Pennsylvania showed that people who consumed 42 grams of walnuts a day notice a decrease in the level of fat in their body and thus became thinner.

Nuts contain significant amounts of protein and also contain fat, but they are harmless fats it contribute to the fight against flatulence.

The study also showed the other positive side of nuts, namely, reducing the risk of heart disease and type B diabetes.
