Gurgaon, 17 March: Leading healthcare and wellness company VLCC partners with Mettl, the online skill assessment platform, to establish a comprehensive solution suite to reinvigorate its Learning and Development Engine.
Under this partnership, Mettl ran a Skill Gap Identification Pilot with 35 employees of VLCC where the candidates underwent a comprehensive psychometric battery to measure core behavioral competencies to uncover a defined set of competencies amidst high performing employees on scale to set a benchmark to improve the L & D stakes. This analysis also enables VLCC to magnify such findings across their global presence.
Commenting on the initiative undertaken, Mr. Paramjit Singh Nayyar, Global CHRO, VLCC said, 'While we remain within our Learning & Development process, we realized that an improvement in the quality measurement of ROI was not far behind, therefore our decision to partner with Mettl. VLCC has decided to take this partnership forward, and now has now retained Mettl to supercharge their recruitment process as well. This would entail improvement in the Quality of Hire of their Frontline and Territorial Salespeople.
