(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Mohsin Haider Darwish (MHD), the sole retailer for Jaguar Land Rover in the sultanate, has launched an all new Jaguar Land Rover showroom and service facility in Salalah.
The facility was inaugurated by H E Sayyid Mohammed bin Sultan bin Hamoud al Busaidi, Minister of State & Governor of Dhofar in the presence of Mohsin Haider Darwish, group advisor, MHD, and Bruce Robertson, managing director, Jaguar Land Rover MENA, along with other senior officials from the companies.
Darwish said, 'We are starting 2017 on a very positive note with the inauguration of the new Jaguar Land Rover facility in Salalah. It gives me great pleasure to welcome all our customers to this new facility giving them access to first-class products and services.'

Addressing the guests at the new showroom, David Aziz, CEO - Automotive Products, MHD, said, 'The Dhofar market is very receptive to the luxury products from Jaguar Land Rover and we hope to increase our market share with the launch of this Sales/Service and Spares facility, which will provide dedicated service to all our customers.'
The facility, which has been upgraded as per the new Jaguar Land Rover ARCH retail corporate identity not only showcases the great products from both brands but also creates a brand experience that customers will love for life.
Spread over an area of more than 3000 sq m, the facility provides a premium environment, which stands out from the crowd and leads the way in the fiercely competitive premium market segment.
The new Jaguar Land Rover showroom in Salalah now showcases the full line-up of Jaguar Land Rover products including the Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Range Rover Evoque, Discovery Sport, the Jaguar F-PACE, XJ, XF and the Jaguar XE.
Customers visiting the new facility will be able to examine the vehicles at their leisure, utilise the colour and trim configurator to configure a vehicle of their choice on an interactive touchscreen and also examine the colour and trim samples displayed within the showroom.
A customer lounge area is also provided for customers where they can view product films, avail beverages and finalise their purchase decisions.
Video screens in the showroom continue to take the customers through a visual journey on the new product initiatives from the Jaguar Land Rover brands.
A premium handover bay completes the customer experience as the vehicle of their choice is handed over in a formal handover ceremony.
The Service & Spare Parts section of the facility will provide comprehensive after-sales service to Jaguar Land Rover customers.
Staffed by a team of Jaguar Land Rover trained level three and level four technicians, the facility is fully equipped to handle any after-sales requirements.
