Türkiye, Qatar Defense Ministers Hold Talks During Ankara Meeting
(MENAFN) Turkish National Defense Minister Yasar Guler met with his Qatari counterpart, Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, in the Turkish capital Ankara on Thursday, as the two countries continued their high-level defense contacts.
Guler received Al Thani, who is visiting Türkiye at the country's invitation, at the headquarters of the Turkish National Defense Ministry, according to an announcement published by the ministry on the Turkish social media platform NSosyal.
The meeting began with an official military welcoming ceremony, after which the two defense ministers proceeded to hold discussions at the ministry's headquarters.
