Chaired by Naser Taher, with H.E. Mohammed Al Hakim as Vice Chairman of MultiBank Exchange Holding, the Board will oversee the holding company's strategic direction, strengthen corporate governance and guide MultiBank Exchange's international expansion.

The announcement was made during MultiBank Group's participation as a co-host of Dubai Future Finance Week, where the Group also unveiled MultiBank Exchange and presented its capabilities to clients and institutional partners.
