Toothpick and Paymob Partner to Integrate Payments and Finance for UAE’s Healthcare Industry
(MENAFN- MENAFNEditorial) Dubai, UAE – November 03, 2026: Toothpick, a UAE-born healthcare technology ecosystem, has partnered with Paymob, a leading financial technology provider, to bring a more seamless and tailored payment experience to dental clinics across the region.
Through the partnership, Paymob will provide online and point-of-sale payment services to participating healthcare providers, while relevant transaction and settlement information will be visible in Toothpick’s dashboard alongside financing, BNPL and banking solutions.
The collaboration focuses on three key areas of value for clinics: a unified dashboard to manage payment activity across providers, competitive rates tailored to their business needs, and a consolidated reporting is intended to give finance teams across Toothpick’s network clearer oversight of payment activity and streamlines reconciliation.
The partnership combines Toothpick's understanding of the healthcare sector and its growing clinic network with Paymob's payment technology, creating a solution tailored to the operational needs of healthcare providers.
As part of the rollout, Toothpick and Paymob will work closely with clinics and hospitals to understand their existing payment setup, transaction volumes and card-scheme mix, enabling each provider to receive a solution tailored to its actual usage and business needs.
“The trust our clinics place in Toothpick means our role goes beyond simply introducing a POS provider. In Paymob, we have found a like-minded and successful payments company whose leadership and values align with ours. This partnership adds an important payments pillar to our broader finance hub, bringing payment visibility alongside the financing and banking solutions available to our network,” said Sary Azakir, Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer of Toothpick.
For Paymob, the collaboration provides an opportunity to extend its payment capabilities across Toothpick's specialised healthcare network, while working with Toothpick to build solutions around the operational needs of clinics and hospitals.
"Our best partnerships are with people who know their world better than we do, and Toothpick knows healthcare. They know what a clinic's day looks like, from the front desk to the finance team. That helps us build payments around how each clinic actually works, so they aren't handed a one-size-fits-all product and left to make it fit.", said Mohamed Arab, VP of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships at Paymob.
As healthcare providers continue to digitise their operations, partnerships such as this are helping payment infrastructure evolve from a standalone transaction tool into an integrated part of how clinics and hospitals operate and grow. The aim is to simplify day-to-day operations and support broader access to care.
