Dubai, UAE, November 2026 – Al Ghurair Development has confirmed Julfar Contracting, part of Rashed Al Jabri Group of Companies, as main contractor for Weave, its premium residential development in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The appointment follows the completion of enabling works on site in July 2026, ahead of schedule. The development comprises 130 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from approximately 700 to 2,200 sq ft. Designed by Australian architect Joe Adsett in his first project in the Middle East, Weave reflects Al Ghurair Development's philosophy that good architecture begins with understanding how people live.
