Up to and including data in this news release, the total drilling at the Mustang Mine in 2026 is 25,442 m in 92 drill holes. The resource conversion drill program is focused on infill drilling of the Alhambra, BK, and BK-9870 veins and Bralorne West's 101, 55 HW, 276, and 55 veins, all within the Mustang Mine. This release highlights results from the Bralorne West zone.

Underground mine development continues to advance in the Bralorne West zone, where the first underground diamond drill bay is now actively infilling the zone. Initial drilling has returned encouraging results, with gold grades exceeding expectations while demonstrating consistent mineralized widths and grade continuity.

Kyle Orr, Talisker's Vice President, Exploration, commented:“We are excited by the initial results from underground drilling in the Bralorne West zone. As underground development advances and drilling continues to expand our understanding of the zone, these results are providing valuable insight into the continuity of mineralization and reinforcing the significant growth potential within the Bralorne Gold Project.”

All drill holes in this release are located in the Mustang Mine and hosted in diorite and/or intermediate to felsic dyke. Major vein structures intersected are orogenic quartz-carbonate veins with banded sulfide septae. Crack-seal septae host fine-grained arsenopyrite and pyrite mineralization. Alteration halos consist of strong silica – sericite ± mariposite alteration with disseminated sulfides.

In other news, Talisker has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all of the outstanding securities of Midex Resources Ltd. (“ Midex”) by way of a three-cornered amalgamation (the“ Transaction”). Midex is a private junior exploration company focused on gold properties in Ontario. Midex's main project is the 45,000 hectare, 100%-owned Berens project located north of Red Lake. This project hosts the past-producing Berens River Mine, which operated from 1939 to 1948. Berens River Mine production records indicate total production of 509,000 tonnes of mill feed with an average grade of 8.78 g/t gold and 323 g/t silver1. Average recoveries were approximately 96.7% for gold and 86.8% for silver. Midex is also the largest claimholder in the Sturgeon Lake greenstone belt, through its 50,000 hectare, 100%-owned Sturgeon Lake and Darkwater gold projects located between Thunder Bay and Pickle Lake. Under the terms of the Transaction, Talisker has agreed to issue 3,000,000 shares of the Company (the“ Consideration Shares”) to acquire 100% of Midex shares outstanding. The Consideration Shares will be distributed pro rata to Midex shareholders. Holders of outstanding Midex warrants will receive Talisker replacement warrants adjusted in exercise price and number of underlying shares to reflect the share exchange ratio. Subject to the receipt of approval by Midex shareholders and applicable regulatory approvals, the Transaction is expected to close in late Q4 2026. The Transaction has Midex board and management support, as directors, officers and certain shareholders holding 29% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Midex have entered into voting support agreements with Talisker, pursuant to which they have agreed, among other things, to vote their Midex shares in favour of the Transaction.

Terry Harbort, CEO of Talisker, commented,“The acquisition of Midex brings several highly prospective land packages into the Talisker portfolio and bolsters our long-term growth strategy. Berens in particular shows distinct structural analogies with our Bralorne Gold Project and with significant historic production only coming from one of 20 identified veins, we see significant exploration upside in the future.”

Qualified Person

The scientific and technical information contained in this news release in relation to the Bralorne Gold Project has been reviewed and approved by Kyle Orr, P.Geo., Vice President, Exploration of Talisker, who is a“Qualified Person” as defined in National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. Mr. Orr is not independent of the Company for the purposes of NI 43-101.

The scientific and technical information contained in this news release regarding historical mine production at Berens River Mine is based solely on reports prepared by prior operators. Kyle Orr, P.Geo, in his capacity as a Qualified Person, has not performed the work or independent data verification necessary to confirm the accuracy or completeness of these historical production figures. Readers are cautioned that this data has not been verified by a Qualified Person and should not place undue reliance on these historical figures.

About Talisker Resources Ltd.

Talisker (taliskerresources.com) is a junior resource company involved in the exploration and development of gold projects in British Columbia, Canada. Talisker's flagship asset is the high-grade, fully permitted Bralorne Gold Project where the Company is producing at the Mustang Mine. Talisker projects also include the Ladner Gold Project, an historic gold producer with significant exploration potential and the Spences Bridge Project where the Company has a significant landholding in the emerging Spences Bridge Gold Belt, and several other early-stage Greenfields projects.

Sample Preparation and QAQC

Drill core in this new release from the Bralorne Gold Project was drilled in NQ size (47.6mm) or HQ size (63.5mm) diameters. Drill core samples are a minimum of 50 cm and a maximum of 150 cm long along the core axis. Samples are focused on an interval of interest, such as a vein or zone of mineralization. Shoulder samples bracket the interval of interest such that a total sampled core length of not less than 3m both above and below the interval of interest must be assigned. Sample QAQC measures of unmarked certified reference materials (CRMs), blanks, and duplicates are inserted into the sample sequence and makeup 10% of the samples submitted to the lab for holes reported in this release. Actlabs performed sample preparation and analyses in Kamloops, British Columbia. Drill core sample preparation includes drying in an oven, crushing of the sample up to 80% passing 2 mm, sample splitting using a riffle splitter, and pulverizing a 1,000 g split to 95% passing 105 microns (ACT code RX1+1000). Gold in diamond drill core is analyzed by fire assay and atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) of a 50g sample (ACT code 1A2-50-ORE). Gold assay technique 1A2-50-ORE has an upper detection limit of 100 ppm. Any sample that produces an over-limit gold value via the gold assay technique is sent for gravimetric finish (ACT method 1A3-50) which has an upper detection limit of 10,000 ppm Au. Beginning in August 2026, the analytical laboratory was changed from Actlabs to Paragon Geochemical, and gold analyses were transitioned from conventional fire assay methods to PhotonAssayTM methodology. At Paragon Geochemical, drill core samples were prepared by drying at 100°C, crushing, splitting, and jarring. Samples were crushed to 70% passing 2 mm (PA-PREP) and riffle split to produce a 500 g subsample. Gold analyses were completed on the 500 g jar using the two-cycle PhotonAssayTM method (PA-AU01), which has a reported detection range of approximately 0.015 to 350 ppm Au. Samples returning results above the upper analytical limit were assigned an over-range (OVR) flag and re-analyzed using the high-range PhotonAssayTM method (PAAU02H), which extends the upper analytical limit to 3,500 ppm Au. Samples that remained over-range were subsequently analyzed using the extra high-range PhotonAssayTM method (PAAU02HH), extending the upper analytical limit to 10,000 ppm Au. Where asymmetrically distributed native gold mineralization is observed by the core logging geologist, a“cut-line” may be drawn along the length of the core to guide the core cutter to evenly bisect that mineralization thereby helping to ensure a representative sample. Where no sample cut line is drawn by the geologist the standard procedure is to preserve the oriented core“backside line” or“bottom of hole” mark in the core box. Duplicates were sampled by taking a 1⁄4 core primary sample and a 1⁄4 core as the duplicate sample, thereby leaving a 1⁄2 core representative sample in the box. A photo archive exists for all core from before sampling.
