(the“Bank”), is evaluating a potential issuance of a Floating Rate Perpetual Additional Tier 1 Capital Bonds.

The Bank has mandated Pareto Securities AB and DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) as joint bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing 26 October 2026, as part of its assessment of a EUR-denominated potential bond issuance.
