“We are pleased to report the strongest quarterly earnings performance in our Company's 169-year history, reflecting the enduring strength of our community banking franchise, disciplined execution, and unwavering focus on serving our customers and communities,” said James P. Helt, ACNB Corporation President and Chief Executive Officer.

“During the quarter, we achieved modest loan growth, saw solid core funding growth that allowed us to pay off some brokered deposits, and continued to demonstrate resilient asset quality performance. These results highlight the dedication of our employees, the trust of our customers, and the strength of a relationship-based banking model that continues to create value for our shareholders.”
